“My husband is in the hospital right now,” King, 38, said on Tuesday, April 14, in an announcement obtained by Mr. Us Weekly. “This request is about dealing with the funding already made by the court that has not been paid.”
King asked the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles for help having a trustee for Allman’s estate, Michael Lehmanyou paid him directly during the problems of his life. (King alleged in Tuesday’s filing that Allman, 49, is “receiving medical attention” at the hospital following his arrest in February for assault and burglary and in March for an alleged burglary in New Hampshire.)
King explained in his filing that he has been known to Lehman since 2017, and since then has served as a trustee of the GA Robbins Descendants Trust.
He testified that after the court issued an order for Allman to pay his spouse, he spoke to Lehman in November 2025 by phone from three people.
“I urged Mr. Lehman to pay spousal support and attorneys [Elijah’s] in his name,” King said in his announcement. Lehman said he had the money available and agreed to pay the sum of $24,000.”

King added that since Elijah is seeking health care, he wants the court to ensure that “basic financial support is respected” by Lehman in her estranged husband’s absence.
“I don’t take an opposing position myself,” he said in opposition. “I ask the court to consider the available resources, including the inheritance, to fulfill existing obligations when he cannot handle these matters himself.”
King added that in order to “satisfy the court’s orders” in the previous hearings, “a joint trustee is required to allow the court to effectively enforce its existing orders for support and costs.”
King – who filed for divorce from Elijah in April 2025 after separating in April 2020 and failing to annul their divorce in January 2024 – re-filed the request in court on Tuesday as a “supplementary request” for the trial scheduled to continue on May 6.
The petition confirmed that King is asking the court to enforce “existing orders for temporary spousal support and attorney fees and any future orders the court may issue” from the trust, which is managed by Lehman.

Vince Bucci / NewsmakersHe noted that in November 2025 the trust issued a $10,000 check payable to King’s attorney, Regina Ratner, from his funds. The filing confirmed that the trust also paid $14,000 in spousal support directly to King.
However, King said in his petition that Elijah “does not fully satisfy the required payments” after being ordered by the court in the summer of 2025 to pay him $6,500 per month.

King alleges that she has not received support from her husband since the November 2025 test.
“[Elijah] requests that the estate be aware of the critical situation and continue disbursing payments directly to the estate in accordance with the court’s support orders,” it reads.
In addition, King is requesting an “order joining Michael Lehman, as trustee of the GA Robbins Descendants Trust” for the purpose of being paid “directly” to the estate for “temporary spousal support” and “spousal support arrears” and his attorney fees.
