When Is Grey’s Anatomy Coming Back For More Episodes?

Grey’s Anatomy it’s been a while, but when does the show come back from hiatus?

The hit medical drama is not expected to return to ABC until April 30, which will mark the penultimate episode of season 22. Grey’s Anatomy we were previously joined by Miranda (Chandra Wilson) trying to hide that Kwan (Harry Shum Jr.) privately offered a patient an experimental treatment that was rejected by the FDA.

Miranda’s husband, Ben (Jason Winston George), was captured, then Richard (James Pickens Jr.) saw what happened. He called Miranda into his office – not knowing that Kwan was wrong – to warn her of an official investigation into the incident.

Outside the screen, viewers learned that the program will undergo changes when the news comes out Kevin McKidd again Kim Raver will leave the show at the end of the season. Each of their arcs is expected to end during the season finale, which airs on May 7.

Before the show returns, Camilla Luddington he teased what fans can expect.

“There are a lot of cliffhangers, actually, at the end,” Luddington, 42, told the exclusive. Us Weekly earlier this month. “That’s what we do.”

Luddington, who plays Jo, teased that the ending has “a lot” going on.

“It’s a really big finale. We have someone from channel 19. Danielle is back with us, which is really exciting. Lots of drama,” he commented. “For Jo in particular, she ends up at a crossroads in her career. She has big decisions to make at the end.”

While talking about Grey’s Anatomy’s tendency to shake up the cast, Luddington revealed that Jo should be safe after giving birth on screen.

“I play this game that says, ‘Listen, you almost died.’ I have those conversations too. I spoke with our producer and will ask him questions about the season. The sad thing is that they don’t give us enough for us,” he continued. “We’re left wondering. But you know, I’m starting to tell stories too, which is really fun with him. Listen, I don’t think you’ll ever feel safe working at Gray Sloan Memorial Hospital.”

Luddington expressed gratitude for his time in the program so far.

“That’s what our program does very well, it shows how being a spoiled mother can be,” she said. “She has four kids and we do a good job of showing that sometimes she’s wrong. I know there are a lot of Team Jo fans and I really appreciate that.”

Grey’s Anatomy returns to ABC on Thursday, April 30, at 10 pm ET before airing the next day on Hulu.
