Police Called Alan Ritchson’s Neighbor Argues In Self Defense

Video, released by TMZ on Sunday, March 22, was accompanied by a statement from Ritchson’s alleged neighbor Ronnie Taylorwho said he was the one who was killed.
“After reviewing the available evidence, including video and witness statements, authorities have determined that no charges will be pursued. Mr. Ritchson’s actions were determined to be self-defense,” Brentwood Police Capt. Steven Pepin he told EW.

Pepin added that “a charge of reckless endangerment” was considered, however the actor “refused to pursue charges.”
The law enforcement officer concluded, “With the agreement of the District Attorney’s Office, the case is closed, and no further action will be taken.”
TMZ reported that an argument had broken out over excessive noise, according to Taylor. It detailed that a neighbor first approached the actor about riding his motorcycle — specifically going at extreme speeds and revving his engine — in his Nashville neighborhood. Taylor then tripped Ritchson, who returned the action.

After Taylor asked the actor to stop, the situation turned physical, and Taylor reported the situation to authorities after allegedly being punched and kicked in the face.
A day after the incident, Ritchson took to Instagram to share a cryptic message with fans that read, “Never interrupt your enemy when they make a mistake.” The text was a quote from the French emperor Napoleon Bonaparte and no caption was given to Ritchson.
Her fans, however, expressed their own opinions about the released video, with one fan commenting, “Imagine her pushing JACK REACHER in front of her two boys,” another wrote, “They thought she was just an actor but she’s real life. Shortcut.”
Ritchson’s on-screen character Jack Reacher, is a character in the crime thriller novel series by This Child that was turned into a TV show by Amazon Prime. The character is also voiced by Tom Cruise in the 2012 film Jack Reacher.
