Kristi Noem spoke about recent reports that her husband, Bryon Noemparticipates in idol social media.
“Ms. Noem is devastated,” a spokeswoman for the former United States Homeland Security Secretary, 54, said in a statement. The New York Post on Tuesday, March 31. “The family closed their eyes about this, and they ask that you be alone with prayers at that time.”
Earlier on Tuesday, the Daily Mail published photos of Bryon, 56, wearing hot pink pants and fake breasts that appeared to be made of balloons.
Bryon reportedly paid $25,000 to chat with online models in the “bimbofication” scene, which involves people turning themselves into dolls with silicone injections and surgical enhancements.
According to the source, Bryon allegedly texted the model and shared his love for “big, funny bums.”
Us Weekly has reached out to Kristi and Bryon for comment.
Kristi and Bryon tied the knot in 1992. The couple has three children: daughters Kassidy and Kennedy and son Booker. Kristi and Bryon are also grandparents.
Kristi began her political career in 2007 as a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives. Four years later, he was elected to represent South Dakota in the United States House of Representatives. After spending time in the federal government, Kristi ran for governor of the Mount Rushmore State. He served as governor from 2019 to 2025.
Kristi resigned when she was nominated to serve as President Donald Trump’s Secretary of the United States of Homeland Security in 2025. Trump, 79, removed Kristi from the post earlier this month after she testified before the Senate and House Judiciary Committees. The secretary was called to hear his case because of his lack of cooperation in the way he manages the department and his communication with it Corey Lewandowski who was working as a special employee in an advisory role. The rep asked Kristi if she “had a sexual relationship” with Lewandowski.
“I’m shocked we went down to sell trash to this committee,” answered Kristi, USA Today.
Trump finally announced that he is a senator from Oklahoma Markwayne Mullin will replace Kristi at Homeland Security. He also shared that Kristi will be reassigned as the United States’ special ambassador for the Shield of the Americas.
The President responded to Kristi’s husband’s reports earlier on Tuesday.
“I feel bad for the family if that’s the case, very bad,” Trump told reporters Daily Mail. “I haven’t seen anything. I don’t know anything about it. That’s too bad, but I don’t know anything about it.”
