Block heels are the perfect shoes for spring because of their flat, balanced base, which allows the height of the high heel to hide within their triangular shape. The open toes on the slingback pair we received, similar to Stewart’s, also provide a breathable silhouette that’s comfortable and breathable on warmer days. Also, its buckled waistband allows for an adjustable fit, which is key when planning long wear at the office, day out, or events like wedding season.
Stewart’s stylish shoe of choice provided a chic base for her equally neutral outfit, making for a perfect daytime look. While exploring Barbour’s new pop-up, she wore a beige wax jacket from the British outerwear brand, complete with tartan lining and a brown corduroy collar. They also make a clean base for a blouse and pants that include black, tan, or white. We especially love the monochrome style of the midi dress this season, which creates a simple slip dress that works for any occasion—especially in a trendy pastel shade or floral pattern.
