Below Deck Alum Trevor Walker Arrested on DUI Charge

Below Deck alum Trevor Walker has been arrested – for the second time this year – after suspected drink driving.

News broke that Walker was taken into custody by the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, March 30. Us Weekly received a surprise photo of the former star after he was charged with driving with a suspended license, a moving traffic violation, a felony DUI and a separate theft charge.

The former reality star was released on Tuesday, March 31. His next court date is scheduled for late April.

Bravo viewers remember Walker from his time on the hit series. He appeared in season 4 as a senior executive before he was eventually demoted by Kelley Johnson after some tense moments with his colleagues.

Walker was eventually fired by Captain Lee Rosbach and has not returned to the franchise since. His latest batch of legal issues, meanwhile, comes two months after he was booked for robbery. Walker was also arrested in 2024 for misdemeanor DUI, found guilty, sentenced in May 2024 and his probation was terminated in February 2025.

Below Deckwhich started in 2013 and has spawned several spinoffs, follows the lives of crew members who work and live on superyachts during the charter season. The hit series inspired a cult following Below Deck Med, Below Deck Sail Yacht, Below Deck Down Below again Below Deck Adventure.

Other Below Deck stars who made headlines after their time on the show include Below Deck Adventure alum Kyle Dickardwho was arrested in 2022 after he ran onto the football field during a match and allegedly tried to bribe the authorities for his release.

According to court documents, Dickard was taken into custody after fleeing the stadium. He was caught by the guards, resisted and was eventually beaten to the ground. Dickard tried to run back to the arena before he was arrested.

The arrest report said Dickard’s behavior “sent the crowd out of control” and “encouraged several others to run onto the field” during the event. Bravo’s personality, on the other hand, did not seem concerned about his legal troubles.

“How it started vs. How it ended 😅 I would have scored if I had the belt on…js,” Dickard wrote on Instagram at the time about the incident shortly after his release. The social media post included photos of him preparing to run on the field and a copy of his photo.

Dickard was released that month on a $7,500 bond.
