Based on- Off campus book series by Elle Kennedythe show follows an elite ice hockey team — and the women in their lives — as they “struggle with love, heartbreak, and self-discovery — forming deep friendships and lasting bonds while navigating the complexities of transitioning into adulthood,” read the official synopsis.
Season 1, premiering May 13, follows the captivating and exciting “rivalry” between a quiet songwriter, Hannah, and Briar University’s legendary hockey player, Garrett.” Before any episodes have aired, Prime Video has already renewed the show for another season.
“Off Campus captures the kind of emotional, character-driven storytelling that truly resonates with our Prime Video audience,” Head of Global Television at Amazon MGM Studios. Peter Friedlander said at the time. “Thanks to its passionate fans, rich source material, and the incredible creative team that brings Briar U to life, we knew the series had the depth and momentum to continue beyond its first season.”
The statement continued: “Set against the hot world of college hockey, this series explores personal journeys and is brought to life by an incredibly talented cast whose chemistry and authenticity make every moment feel real.
Season 1 will launch Ella Bright, Belmont Cameli, Mika Abdalla, Antonio Cipriano, Jalen Thomas Brooks, Josh Heuston again Stephen Kalyn.
