“Welcome to the world, Steven Jon. Our little honey baked meat arrived on Easter Sunday,” Kufrin, 36, wrote on Instagram on Friday, April 10. “You made our family complete and we love you more than you’ll ever know.”
Kufrin revealed that baby Steven was named “one of the greatest men I’ve ever known.”
“[He was] someone you have never met but would love more than anything in this world,” she wrote.
Kufrin and Jacobs, 33, met and fell in love during season 7 Bachelor in Paradise in 2021 and we got engaged the following year. In September 2023, the couple welcomed their first child, son Benson, before tying the knot in a courtroom ceremony in October.
Two years later, Kufrin and Jacobs announced that she was pregnant with their second child.
“Something’s coming ✨,” they captioned the Instagram post in October 2025. “Another little boo coming in April, 2026 👻.”
In the accompanying video, Kufrin and Jacobs dressed up for Halloween as a witch and a skeleton, respectively. With Benson’s help, the trio cast a spell on the black cauldron, and Kufrin released ultrasound images of the baby on the way. Benson then took a stand next to a pumpkin with “big brother” carved on it.

Before the news of the children, Kufrin spoke only to him Us Weekly about her and Jacobs’ plans to expand their family at the right time.
“It wasn’t Thomas who had to get pregnant and carry this child and face all the internal and external changes,” she explained in April 2025. “When I was pregnant. [with Benson]I took anti-anxiety medication and we had to increase the dose just to get me through that difficult time and keep my hormonal balance.”
He continued, “One day, I was thinking, ‘If we’re ready to do this, should I increase the dose?’ To be able to do my best – not just for me, but for my partner, our toddler and this baby to come – I really need to take care of myself. I don’t want to feel too self-conscious or too proud to ask my doctor to go up that scale to help.”
Despite her fears, Kufrin noted that Jacobs was “ready” to have another child.
“He wanted to be a father for a long time,” he said Us. “He was ready, so looking at him now we can hear things like taking Benny to baseball games, taking Benny outside to start playing short ball and teaching him how to praise his little basketball, it’s really precious. I think it makes it more important to me because I don’t have a father in my life anymore.”
Kufrin — whose father died when he was 19 — cherishes the memories he and Jacobs made together as parents.
“Seeing Thomas become a father is a wonderful moment,” she said. “He was my best friend and my love before we had Benson, but now it’s so much deeper because it’s a completely different level of that bond and that closeness when you have a little one.
